The United Bujutsu Federation

 The United Bujutso Federation (UBF) was founded in 1981 by Grandmaster  David Okawa Baize of Kami Bushi Kai Karate. The UBF is a multi-style organization that is comprised of schools from several states. All ranks given at Howard Kempo Karate are certified through UBF. Belonging to the UBF gives our students the advantage of having a nationally recognized rank and they can attend UBF functions like our annual martial arts camp and UBF instructor seminars held throughout the year. Master Howard is a proud member of the UBF board of masters.
