Howard Kempo Karate has been offering the highest quality martial arts instruction in the Harlan County area since 2003. Our goal is to help in building a better community by teaching physical fitness, mental and physical discipline, and life-saving self defense skills. Howard Kempo Karate will help students ages 7 to 67 achieve self-esteem, confidence, and a "yes I can!" attitude.
